益气养阴汤与温针灸联用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究益气养阴汤与温针灸联用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neurophathy,DPN)的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2024年3月辽源市第二人民医院收治的102例DPN患者,根据不同的治疗手段分为对照组(依帕司他片治疗)、研究组(在对照组基础上加入益气养阴汤与温针灸治疗),各51例。比较两组神经传导速度、血糖水平及临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前,且研究组血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组正中神经及腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度和运动神经传导速度均快于治疗前,且研究组神经传导速度均快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药基础上加入益气养阴汤联合温针灸治疗DPN,可提高患者的神经传导速度,控糖效果更佳且临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neurophathy(DPN).Methods A total of 102 DPN patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaoyuan from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(treated with epalrestat tablet)and the study group(treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction and warm acupuncture were added to the control group)according to different treatment methods,with 51 cases each.Nerve conduction velocity,blood glucose level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the blood glucose levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups were faster than those before treatment,and the nerve conduction velocities in the study group were faster than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine,Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of DPN can improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients,with better glucose control effect and significant clinical effect.
