摘  要:糖尿病相关血管病变是糖尿病的常见并发症,也是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。其病变主要包括影响心脏和大脑的大血管病变,以及影响肾脏、视网膜和皮肤的微血管病变。体脂分布与2型糖尿病的发生有关,体重指数是全身性的代谢指标,无法有效衡量腹部内脏脂肪和心包脂肪的堆积,而内脏脂肪过度积累与糖尿病血管病变密切相关。因此本文阐述了内脏脂肪积累与2型糖尿病大血管及微血管并发症之间的关联性及其潜在作用机制,旨在为早期预防和管理2型糖尿病患者的血管并发症提供科学依据和实用指导。Diabetes-related vascular disease is a common complication of diabetes mellitus and one of the main causes of death in diabetic patients.Its lesions mainly include macroangiopathy affecting the heart and brain,as well as microangiopathy affecting the kidney,retina and skin.Body fat distribution is associated with the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Body mass index is a systemic metabolic index that cannot effectively measure abdominal visceral fat and pericardial fat accumulation.Excessive accumulation of visceral fat is closely related to diabetic angiopathy.Therefore,this paper expounds the correlation between visceral fat accumulation and macrovascular and microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its potential mechanism,aiming to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for early prevention and management of vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes.
