摘　　要：文章通过多元化教学法,推进护理专业课程课程思政建设进展。将专业知识学习与价值引领相结合,是高校立德树人目标的体现。护理管理学是护理专业的一门基础课程。在课程中开展课程思政教育,提炼课程知识体系中所蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵,利用问卷调查的方式进行课程内容教学及课程思政教学效果评价,推动护理管理学课程的进一步发展,培养有理想、有责任心的护理专业学生,使其树立正确的价值观,全面推动护理事业的发展。This paper promoted the progress of curriculum ideological and political education in nursing course through diversified teaching method.The combination of professional knowledge learning and value leading is the embodiment of the goal of cultivating people in colleges and universities.Nursing management is a basic course of nursing specialty.To carry out the education of ideological and political education in the course of nursing management,refine the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in the knowledge system of the course,use the method of questionnaire survey to teach the content of the course and evaluate the effect of ideo-logical and political education in the course,and promote the further development of the course of nursing management,in order to culti-vate ideal and responsible nursing students,establish correct values,and comprehensively promote the development of nursing career.
