摘　　要：文章从中医肿瘤防治的角度,结合现代医学研究,探讨了《黄帝内经》理论在肿瘤预防、治疗、康复等方面的应用,其中包括调节机体阴阳平衡、调节气血运行、提高免疫力、缓解化疗和放疗的不良反应等方面。在肿瘤预防方面,文章提出了中医强调的“养生保健”理念即从生活方式、饮食习惯等方面着手,调节机体阴阳平衡、提高机体免疫力,达到预防肿瘤的效果。在肿瘤治疗方面,文章从中药、针灸、推拿等多个角度探讨了《黄帝内经》理论在肿瘤治疗中的应用,以达到治疗肿瘤、减轻患者痛苦的目的。在肿瘤康复方面,文章则从运动疗法、营养调理等方面探讨了《黄帝内经》理论在肿瘤康复中的应用,以提高患者生活质量。文章还结合现代医学研究,论证了《黄帝内经》理论在肿瘤防治中的科学性和有效性,进一步证明了中医在肿瘤防治中的独特价值。In this paper,from the perspective of tumor prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with mod⁃ern medical research,we discuss the application of the theory of Huangdi Neijing in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of tu⁃mors.These include regulating the balance of yin and yang in the organism,regulating the operation of qi and blood,improving immu⁃nity,and alleviating the adverse effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.In terms of tumor prevention,this paper puts forward the concept of“health care”emphasized by traditional Chinese medicine,i.e.,to regulate the balance of yin and yang of the organism and improve the immunity of the organism from the aspects of lifestyle and dietary habits,so as to achieve the effect of preventing tumors.In terms of tumor treatment,this paper discusses the application of the theory of Huangdi Neijing in tumor treatment from the perspec⁃tives of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,tuina,and so on,in order to achieve the purpose of treating tumors and alleviating patients’pain.In terms of tumor rehabilitation,this paper discussed the application of the theory of Huangdi Neijing in tumor rehabili⁃tation from the aspects of exercise therapy and nutritional regulation in order to improve the quality of life of patients.This paper also demonstrated the scientificity and effectiveness of the theory of Huangdi Neijing in tumor prevention and treatment in combination with modern medical research,which further proves the unique value of Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor.
