加味逍遥散治疗乳腺癌术后情绪改变肝郁脾虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味逍遥散对乳腺癌术后情绪改变肝郁脾虚证患者的临床疗效。方法将上犹县人民医院64例乳腺癌术后患者作为研究对象,各32例。对照组予心理干预,观察组加用加味逍遥散,两组均连续治疗8周。观察疗效、中医症状积分、免疫功能指标、炎症指标以及负性情绪、生活质量评分情况。结果观察组总有效率为78.12%(25/32),高于对照组的50.00%(16/32)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组炎症指标水平、负性情绪评分、中医症状积分更低,免疫功能指标、生存质量评分改善更显著(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论加味逍遥散可以帮助乳腺癌术后患者提高免疫功能、缓解炎症、改善负性情绪、提高生活质量,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of postoperative breast cancer mood changes liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 64 postoperative breast cancer patients in Shangyou County People’s Hospital were studied as research subjects and divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with psychological intervention,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiaoyao powder for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score,immune function index,inflammatory index,negative emotion score and quality of life score were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.12%(25/32),which was higher than that of the control group(50.00%,16/32)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the inflammation index,negative emotion score and TCM symptom score in the observation group were lower,and the immune function index and quality of life score were improved more sig⁃nificantly(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao can improve im⁃mune function,reduce inflammatory response,improve negative mood,improve quality of life,and have good safety in postoperative breast cancer patients.
