摘　　要：慢性胃肠功能紊乱是临床常见病和多发病,给患者生活带来了严重困扰。作者临床采用“老十针”结合中药辨证施治的方法治疗慢性胃肠功能紊乱,取得了良好效果,比单纯中药或针灸治疗的效果更稳定、快速。文章总结“老十针”的理论基础和针药结合临床应用的具体方法,阐述“老十针”针药结合运用于临床的经验启示。Chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice,which brings seri⁃ous troubles to patients’lives.In clinical practice,the authors adopted the method of“experienced ten acupoints”combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and achieved good therapeutic effect in clinical practice,which is more stable and faster than that obtained by simply using TCM or acupuncture,and further summarized the theoretical basis of“experienced ten acupoints”and the specific methods of the clinical application of the combination of acupuncture and medicine can be extended to the clinic,and elaborate the experience and enlightenment of the combination of acupuncture and medicine“experienced ten acupoints”in the clini⁃cal application.
