双柏凝胶贴膏基质配方的优选研究

摘　　要：目的优选双柏凝胶贴膏的基质配方。方法使用L_(9)(3^(4))正交实验设计法,以涂布相关指标、成型相关指标、初黏力情况、持黏力表现和剥离强度作为评价依据,确定双柏凝胶贴膏的基质配方及其成型工艺。结果在此实验中,双柏凝胶贴膏的优选基质配方是聚丙烯酸钠(NP-700)∶卡波姆∶羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)∶浸膏量=200∶20∶20∶260。结论采用此基质配方制作的双柏凝胶贴膏,其膏体的完整性及色泽均匀度良好,黏弹性良好,剥离基本无残留,膏体的载药量大,制备工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize the matrix formulation of Shuangbai gel plaster.Methods The L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal test design method was used,and the coating-related indicators,forming-related indicators,initial adhesion,holding adhesion performance and peel strength were taken as the evaluation basis to determine the matrix formulation and forming process of Shuangbai gel plaster.Results In this experiment,the preferred matrix formulation of Shuangbai gel plaster was NP-700∶Carbomer∶Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose∶Extract amount=200∶20∶20∶260.Conclusion The Shuangbai gel plaster prepared with this matrix formulation has good integrity and color uniformity of the plaster,good viscoelasticity,basically no residue during peeling,large drug loading capacity of the plaster,and the preparation process is stable and feasible.
