肌内效贴配合理筋治疗肩部骨折术后上肢肿胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肌内效贴配合中医理筋手法缓解肩部骨折术后上肢肿胀的效果。方法将南昌市洪都中医院于2020年6月—2022年12月收治的78例肩部骨折术后上肢肿胀患者纳入研究,利用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(肌内效贴贴扎配合中医理筋手法治疗)、对照组1(肌内效贴贴扎治疗)与对照组2(绝对卧床无任何治疗),各组均为26例。2周后,评估三组情况,包括临床疗效、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及症状缓解效果。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率100.00%(26/26)高于对照组1的84.62%(22/26)和对照组2的61.54%(16/26)(P<0.05);试验组VAS评分较对照组1、对照组2低(P<0.05);试验组症状缓解效果为优的占比61.54%(16/26),高于对照组1的30.77%(8/26)和对照组2的7.69%(2/26)(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴配合中医理筋手法能够有效改善肩部骨折术后上肢肿胀,减轻患者疼痛,促进相关症状的缓解,应用价值确切。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of elastic therapeutic tape combined with traditional Chinese medicine tendon manipulation on relieving upper limb swelling after shoulder fracture surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with upper limb swelling after shoulder fracture surgery admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2022 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into experimental group(elastic therapeutic tape with traditional Chinese medicine tendon manipulation),control group I(elastic therapeutic tape)and control group II(absolute bed rest without any treatment)by using random number table method.There were 26 cases in each group.After 2 weeks,the three groups were evaluated for clinical efficacy,visual analogue pain score(VAS),and symptom remission rate.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 100.00%(26/26)in experimental group was higher than that of control group I(84.62%,22/26)and control group II(61.54%,16/26)(P<0.05).VAS scores of test group were lower than those of control group I and control II(P<0.05).The excellent symptom relief effect of experimental group was 61.54%(16/26),which was higher than 30.77%(8/26)of control group I and 7.69%(2/26)of control group II(P<0.05).Conclusion The elastic therapeutic tape combined with the traditional Chinese medicine tendon manipulation can effectively improve the upper limb swelling after shoulder fracture surgery,and reduce the pain,can promote the relief of related symptoms,and has accurate application value.
