益肾壮骨活血方联合针刀疗法治疗髌骨骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨髌骨骨性关节炎患者采用益肾壮骨活血方联合针刀疗法的临床效果。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2021年6月—2022年6月收治的髌骨骨性关节炎患者中抽取70例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组和观察组的治疗方法分别为常规西医治疗、益肾壮骨活血方联合针刀治疗,对比两组治疗前后的炎性因子水平和西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均较对照组低(P<0.05),WOMAC评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论髌骨骨性关节炎患者采用益肾壮骨活血方与针刀联合治疗效果较显著,不仅能有效减轻炎症反应,还能改善关节功能,临床可进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of tonifying kidney,strengthening bones and promoting blood circulation prescription combined with acupotomy in the treatment of patellar osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with patellar osteoarthritis admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research ob⁃jects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment methods of the control group and observation group were conventional Western medicine treatment,tonifying kidney,strengthening bones and promoting blood circulation prescription combined with acupotomology treatment,respectively.Inflammatory factors and osteoarthritis index score(WOMAC)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the WOMAC score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of tonifying kidney,strengthening bones and promoting blood circulation prescription and acupotomy has a significant effect on patients with patellar osteoarthritis,which can not only effectively reduce the inflammatory response,but also improve the joint function,which can be further promoted in clinic.
