少腹逐瘀颗粒联合妇乐胶囊对药物流产后子宫复旧的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨少腹逐瘀颗粒联合妇乐胶囊对药物流产后子宫复旧的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2022年6月于定南县第一人民医院进行药物流产的患者60例,以随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,各30例。对照组药物流产后予益母草颗粒口服,试验组予少腹逐瘀颗粒联合妇乐胶囊口服,比较两组治疗效果、阴道出血量、月经复潮时间、首次月经量、子宫复旧情况以及药物安全性。结果试验组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组阴道出血量、首次月经量均少于对照组,月经复潮时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组子宫复旧不良、宫腔残留发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药物安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药物流产后采用少腹逐瘀颗粒联合妇乐胶囊治疗效果较好,有利于减少患者阴道出血量、缩短月经复潮时间,避免发生宫腔残留,并促进子宫复旧,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu granule combined with Fule capsule on uterine involution after medical abortion.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent medical abortion in Dingnan First People’s Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into groups.After medical abortion,30 patients in the control group were orally treated with Leonurus heterophyllus granules,and 30 patients in the experimental group were orally treated with Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with Fule capsules.The therapeutic effect,vaginal bleeding,uterine involution and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of control group(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of vaginal bleeding and the first menstrual volume of the experimental group were less than that of the control group,and the time of menstrual rehydration was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of poor uterine involutions and uterine cavity residual in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After medical abortion,Shaofu Zhuyu granule combined with Fule capsule has a good therapeutic effect,which is beneficial to reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the time of menstrual rehydration,avoid the occurrence of residual uterine cavity,and promote uterine involution,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
