安冲汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗功能性子宫出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究安冲汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗功能性子宫出血的效果。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2020年8月—2022年8月收治的功能性子宫出血患者中选取68例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上予安冲汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的82.35%(28/34)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.88%(2/34),低于对照组的11.76%(4/34),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用安冲汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗功能性子宫出血,可以改善患者血红蛋白水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,提高临床效果,且可以保障治疗安全性。Objective To explore the effect of Anchong decoction combined with moxibustion at Yinbai(SP1)in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 68 patients with functional uterine bleeding from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as objects in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The random number table method was used to carry out this randomized study,which was divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Anchong decoction and moxibustion at Yinbai(SP1)treatment on this basis.The clinical efficacy,hemoglobin level,endometrial thickness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than that of the control group(82.35%,28/34)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin level and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%(2/34),which was lower than that in the control group(11.76%,4/34),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Anchong decoction and moxibustion at Yinbai(SP1)in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding can improve the level of hemoglobin,reduce the thickness of endometrial,improve the therapeutic effect,and ensure the safety of treatment.
