摘　　要：维生素D是人体内一种重要的维生素,可通过进食或照射阳光获得。《黄帝内经》云:“肾者,胃之关也”,阐明了胃与肾在生理、病理上存在联系,因此可通过有效调节肾的功能来治疗胃癌(GC)。由于维生素缺乏可对GC造成影响,故可通过补充维生素有效改善GC患者的生活质量。作者前期查阅国内外文献及研究发现,维生素D轴与GC有着密切的联系。据此推测,中医药运用补肾法治疗GC,可能是通过作用于维生素D轴以调节GC细胞生长、侵袭、转移和凋亡,从而发挥防治作用,故维生素D轴可能是中医补肾论治GC的关键靶点。Vitamin D is an important vitamin in the human body,which can be obtained through eating or exposure to sunlight.Huangdi Neijing says:the kidney is the gateway to the stomach,which further clarifies the internal relationship between the stomach and the kidney in physiology and pathology.Therefore,it can effectively treat gastric cancer(GC)by regulating the function of the kidney.Because vitamin deficiency has a close influence on(GC),vitamin supplementation can effectively improve the quality of life of(GC)patients.The author reviewed domestic and foreign literatures and studies in the early stage and found that the vitamin D axis is closely related to(GC).Based on this,it is speculated that the method of“tonifying the kidney”in the treatment of gastric cancer by traditional Chinese medicine may be to prevent and treat(GC)by acting on the vitamin D axis to regulate the growth,invasion,metastasis and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells.Therefore,vitamin D axis may be the key target of GC in“tonifying kidney treatment”.
