摘　　要：“阳化气,阴成形”出自《素问·阴阳应象大论》,概括了多种人体的生理及病理现象,尤其与现代医学中恶性肿瘤的发病密切相关。文章针对阴阳的形成、阴阳的特性、肿瘤发病的病机等进行阐述,认为“阳化气不足,阴成形太过”是肿瘤发生的根本病机。故及时于恶性肿瘤发病前改善生活、饮食方式及进行中医药干预可减少肿瘤发病,或在肿瘤治疗过程中采用基于“扶阳抑阴”理论的辨证论治原则,意义重大。The“yang transforming qi and yin transforming shape”is from Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun,which summarizes a variety of physiological and pathological phenomena of the human body,and is closely related to the incidence of malignant tumor in modern medicine.In this paper,the formation of yin and yang,the characteristics of yin and yang,and the pathogenesis of tumor were expounded.It is believed that“deficiency of yang qi,too much yin formation”is the fundamental pathogenesis of tumor.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve life,diet and traditional Chinese medicine intervention before the onset of malignant tumors,or to adopt the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on“supporting yang and suppressing yin”in the process of tumor treatment.
