基于运气因素探讨肺系疾病发病及用药规律

摘　　要：运气学说是中医学理论体系中极为重要的组成部分,是以阴阳五行学说为基础、天干地支为推演工具,在中医天人合一观、天人相应观及整体观的指导下用以推理自然界气候变化的基本规律及对人体健康和发病规律的影响,从天人合一的角度出发探寻人体的生命规律、疾病的发病规律以及疾病的防治规律的一门学说。文章从运气学说角度出发,以癸卯年为例,分析其运气规律特点,探讨运气因素对肺系疾病发生发展的影响,总结归纳用药规律。癸卯年为火运不及之年,司天为阳明燥金,在泉为少阴君火,根据六气特点加减用药:初之气佐以散寒除湿,兼清郁热,二之气佐以泻南补北、滋水涵木,三之气佐以疏利少阳,四之气佐以温阳利水,五之气佐以疏肝利胆润肺,终之气佐以辛凉解表、养阴润肺。癸卯年选药组方多温之、燥之、润之、散之,为治疗肺系疾病提供了新思路。The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is an extremely important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,which is based on the theory of the five elements of yin and yang,and the heavenly stem and earth branches are used as a deduction tool,under the guidance of the concept of the unity of heaven and man,the corresponding view of heaven and man and the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine,it is used to reason about the basic laws of climate change in nature and its impact on human health and pathogenesis,and to explore the law of human life,the pathogenesis of diseases,and the prevention and treatment of diseases from the perspective of the unity of heaven and man.From the perspective of theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,this paper analyzed the characteristics of law by taking Gui and Mao year as an example,discussed the influence of the factors on the occurrence and development of pulmonary diseases,and summarized the medication rule.The year of Gui and Mao is the year of fire deficiency,Si Tian is Yangming dry gold,in the spring is Shaoyin sovereign fire.According to the characteristics of the six climatic factors,the medication rule is the first qi is accompanied by dispersing cold and dehumidification,and clearing the heat,the second qi is accompanied by fire to the south and replenish the north,nourishing water and wood,the third qi is accompanied by shuli Shaoyang,the fourth qi is accompanied by warm yang and water,the fifth qi is accompanied by loosening the liver and gallbladder to moisturize the lungs,and the final qi is accompanied by spicy cooling to relieve the surface and nourish the yin and moisturize the lungs.The drug selection formula is warm,dry,moist and dispersed,which will provide new ideas for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.
