摘　　要：目的探究耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选取潜江市中心医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者60例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组、研究组,各30例。对照组予耳穴压豆治疗,研究组予耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗后盆底肌力、60 min漏尿量、3 d漏尿次数、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组盆底肌肌力、生活质量评分均高于对照组,60 min漏尿量、3 d漏尿次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床效果显著,不仅能够缓解盆底肌肌力、降低漏尿量及漏尿次数,还能促进产妇生活质量提高,缓解焦虑、降低压力,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with magnetic stimulation on postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 60 cases of stress urinary incontinence after normal delivery in Qianjiang Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,patients were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with auricular point pressing beans,while the patients in the study group were treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with magnetic stimulation.The clinical efficiency and pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups were compared.The urine leakage volume in 60 minutes,the number of urine leakage in 3 days and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the urine leakage at 60 min and 3 d were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with magnetic stimulation in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence is significant,which can not only relieve the pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the amount and frequency of urine leakage,promote the improvement of postpartum life quality of pregnant women,alleviate patients’anxiety,and reduce stress,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
