星状神经节等穴位埋线治疗慢性湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节、驷马、曲池、血海、膈俞、肺俞穴位埋线治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法将80例慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,脱落2例,最后共纳入78例,观察组38例、对照组40例。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组予星状神经节等穴位埋线治疗,比较两组治疗前后湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分、瘙痒评分、嗜酸性粒细胞水平及治疗有效者治疗后第2、第6个月的复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.84%(33/38),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组EASI评分、瘙痒评分、嗜酸性粒细胞水平及第2、第6个月复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节等穴位埋线用于慢性湿疹,能提高疗效、减轻瘙痒、降低湿疹复发率、调节嗜酸性粒细胞水平。Objective To observe the effect of catgut embedding at stellate ganglion,Sima,Quchi(LI11),Xuehai(SP10),Geshu(BL17)and Feishu(BL13)points on the clinical efficacy,eosinophil level and recurrence rate of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups,with 2 cases shedding,and 78 cases were included in the end,38 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with stellate ganglion and other acupoint embedding therapy.The eczema area and severity index(EASI)score,itch score,eosinophilia level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence rate in the second and sixth months after treatment of the effective patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.84%(33/38),which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%,30/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,EASI score,itch score,eosinophilic level and recurrence rate at the 2nd and 6th month in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut implantation at stellate ganglion and other acupoints can improve the efficacy of treating chronic eczema,alleviate itching,reduce the recurrence rate of eczema,and regulate the level of eosinophils.
