柴胡疏肝散加减联合三联抗菌药物治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡疏肝散加减联合三联抗菌药物治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月于修水县第一人民医院接受治疗的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者60例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组予三联抗菌药物(异烟肼、利福平与吡嗪酰胺)治疗,观察组在此基础上予柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,分析两组肿块最大直径、疼痛程度及临床疗效、手术率、不良反应发生率与复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%(27/30),明显高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组手术率、肿块最大直径、疼痛程度、不良反应发生率以及随访3个月、6个月的复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在三联抗菌药物的基础上,联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,可显著缩小病灶,改善患者临床症状及疼痛程度,降低复发风险,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with triple antimicrobial therapy on plasma cell mastitis.Methods Sixty patients with plasma cell mastitis in Xiushui County First People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups by random number table method.The control group of 30 cases was treated with triple antimicrobial therapy isoniazid,rifampicin with pyrazinamide.The observation group of 30 cases was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,maximum diameter of the mass,degree of pain,incidence of adverse effects and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than that of control group(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the operation rate,the maximum diameter of the mass,the degree of pain,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate at 3 months and 6 months of follow-up in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with triple antimicrobial therapy in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis can significantly shrink the lesion,improve the clinical symptoms and pain level,reduce the risk of recurrence,has a high safety profile,and has clinical value for promotion.
