手术联合消肿汤治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施手术联合消肿汤治疗的效果,分析其应用价值。方法选择2021年8月—2022年8月枣庄市薛城区中医院收治的70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与参照组,各35例。参照组采取常规治疗,而试验组则在参照组的基础上实施手术联合消肿汤治疗。比较两组老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的髋关节Harris评分、骨折愈合时间以及并发症发生情况。结果试验组髋关节Harris评分优良率为97.14%(34/35),明显优于参照组的60.00%(21/35),骨折愈合时间明显短于参照组,并发症总发生率为5.71%(2/35),明显低于参照组的37.14%(13/35),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施手术联合消肿汤治疗,能够降低并发症发生率、提高髋关节Harris评分、有效缩短愈合时间。Objective To analyze the application value of operation combined with Xiaozhong decoction in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to Xuecheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.In this study,the control group was treated with conventional measures,while the experimental group was treated with operation combined with Xiaozhong decoction on the basis of the control group.The Harris score of medullary joint,fracture healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good hip Harris score rate of experimental group was 97.14%(34/35),which was significantly better than that of the control group(60.00%,21/35),the fracture healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the total complication rate was 5.71%(2/35),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(37.14%,13/35),and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation combined with Xiaozhong decoction can reduce the complication rate,increase the hip Harris score,and effectively shorten the healing time.
