枇杷清痤方联合红蓝光交替照射治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨枇杷清痤方联合红蓝光交替照射治疗寻常型痤疮的效果及对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月山东省单县中医医院收治的寻常型痤疮患者82例,分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组予红蓝光交替照射,观察组在对照组基础上联合枇杷清痤方治疗,均持续治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、皮肤屏障功能、皮肤油脂分泌程度变化。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.68%(38/41),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的皮肤经皮水丢量、pH值及皮肤油脂量亦均低于治疗前、角质层含水量高于治疗前,且观察组各指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枇杷清痤方联合红蓝光交替照射治疗寻常型痤疮,可加快患者皮肤屏障功能修护,提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Pipa Qingcuo formula combined with alternating red and blue light irradiation in the treatment of acne vulgaris and its impact on skin barrier function.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,82 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Shanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the observation group of 41 cases and the control group of 41 cases.The control group was only irradiated with alternating red and blue light,while the observation group was combined with Pipa Qingcuo formula on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients continued to receive treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the changes in TCM syndrome scores,skin barrier function,and skin oil secretion before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.68%(38/41),which was higher than that of control group(75.61%,31/41)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Skin transdermal water loss,pH value and skin oil content in both groups were lower than before treatment,and cuticle water content was higher than before treatment,and the improvement of all indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pipa Qingcuo formula combined with alternating red and blue light irradiation can accelerate the repair of skin barrier function and improve clinical efficacy.
