化瘀止痛汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析化瘀止痛汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)痛经的临床效果。方法选择2021年9月—2022年9月烟台市蓬莱中医医院收治的EM痛经患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组予米非司酮治疗,研究组予化瘀止痛汤联合米非司酮治疗,比较两组痛经积分、血液流变学指标、不良反应情况及生活质量。结果治疗后,研究组痛经积分低于对照组,高切血液黏度、低切血液黏度、中切血液黏度和血液黏度等血液流变学指标均低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的25.00(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化瘀止痛汤联合米非司酮治疗EM痛经,可减轻患者疼痛,改善血液流变学指标,提高患者生活质量,并减少不良反应,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Huayu Zhitong decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea admitted to Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the study group was treated with Huayu Zhitong decoction and mifepristone.Dysmenorrhea scores,hemorheology indexes,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the dysmenorrhea score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the hemorheological indexes such as high incision blood viscosity,low incision blood viscosity,medium incision blood viscosity and blood viscosity were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than that in the control group(25.00,10/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huayu Zhitong decoction and mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea can reduce pain,improve hemorheology,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
