摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的案例中,高尿酸血症及痛风不再是单一发病,而常与代谢性疾病如肥胖、高血压病、糖脂代谢紊乱等伴发。这不仅严重影响了患者的生活质量,也增加了临床治疗的难度。西医治疗此类疾病虽然效果明显,但仍有弊端;而中医药在治疗此病方面具有独特优势。作者主要通过查阅、总结近年来中医药治疗高尿酸血症及痛风合并代谢性疾病的临床研究及进展相关文献,为临床治疗相关疾病提供用药依据、拓宽思路。In recent years,more and more patients with hyperuricemia and gout are no longer a single onset,but often associated with metabolic diseases such as obesity,hypertension,glucolipid metabolism disorders and so on,which not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients,but also increases the difficulty of clinical treatment.Although Western medicine has a clear curative effect in the treatment of such diseases,it still has its disadvantages,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique clinical advantages in the treatment of this disease.The author mainly consulted the clinical related literature on the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout with metabolic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and summarized the clinical research and progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide medication basis for clinical treatment of hyperuricemia and gout with metabolic diseases and broaden the thinking.
