腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术中针对性术中体温管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨将针对性术中体温管理应用于腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术中的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年2月江苏省东台市人民医院收治的66例腹腔镜下行前列腺癌根治术患者的临床资料,依据不同护理方式分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展针对性术中体温管理,对比两组的体温变化、不良反应发生情况。结果 入手术室时,两组体温对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉后0.5 h、麻醉后1 h、手术结束时,两组体温均低于入手术室时,观察组麻醉后0.5 h、麻醉后1 h、手术结束时体温分别为(36.42±0.29)℃、(36.24±0.25)℃、(36.17±0.23)℃,均高于对照组的(36.12±0.24)℃、(35.88±0.21)℃、(35.81±0.19)℃,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.578,6.334,6.932;P均<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应发生率6.06%(2/33)低于对照组的27.27%(9/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.345,P<0.05)。结论针对行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者,通过开展针对性术中体温管理,能预防术中低体温发生,降低术后不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted intraoperative temperature management in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods The clinical data of 66 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in People's Hospital of Dongtai City in Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 33cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted intraoperative temperature management on the basis of the control group.The temperature changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results When entering the operating room,there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).At 0.5 h after anesthesia,1 h after anesthesia,and at the end of surgery,the body temperatures of the two groups were lower than those when entering the operating room,the body temperatures of the observation group at 0.5 h after anesthesia,1 h after anesthesia,and at the end of surgery were(36.42±0.29)℃,(36.24±0.25) ℃,(36.17±0.23) ℃,respectively,which were higher than(36.12±0.24) ℃,(35.88±0.21) ℃,(35.81±0.19) ℃ of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.578,6.334,6.932;all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%(2/33),which was lower than 27.27%(9/33) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.345,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,targeted intraoperative temperature management can prevent intraoperative hypothermia and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
