中医护理在老年支气管哮喘急性发作期的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究中医护理在老年支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)急性发作期的作用。方法 方便选取2020年6月—2023年10月邳州市中医院收治的82例老年BA急性发作期患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(41例,实施常规护理)和观察组(41例,实施中医护理)。对比两组症状积分、焦虑和抑郁评分及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组症状积分(喘息、胸闷、咳痰、咳嗽)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(38.52±3.69)分、(40.95±3.41)分,低于对照组的(45.87±4.55)分、(46.35±4.33)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.034,6.274;P均<0.05)。观察组总满意率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05)。结论 老年BA急性发作期行中医护理可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,改善其喘息、胸闷、咳痰、咳嗽等哮喘症状,提升患者满意度。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on acute attack of bronchial asthma(BA) in the elderly.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with acute attack of BA admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to October 2023 were convenient to select as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(41 cases,routine nursing) and observation group(41 cases,traditional Chinese medicine nursing).The symptom scores,anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the symptom score(wheezing,chest tightness,expectoration,cough) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were(38.52±3.69) points and(40.95±3.41) points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(45.87±4.55) points and(46.35±4.33) points,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.034,6.274;both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for elderly patients with acute attack of BA can reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve asthma symptoms such as wheezing,chest tightness,expectoration and cough,and improve patient satisfaction.
