探究口炎清颗粒+金果饮口服液治疗慢性咽炎的临床有效性

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床对慢性咽炎患者采用口炎清颗粒+金果饮口服液完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年12月广东省佛山市三水区妇幼保健院收治的82例慢性咽炎患者的临床资料,根据不同的用药方法分为对照组(41例,金果饮口服液治疗)和研究组(41例,在对照组的基础上加用口炎清颗粒)。对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应总发生率、反流症状指数量表(Reflux Symptom Index,RSI)评分以及临床症状评分。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493;P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组RSI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的RSI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的临床症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口炎清颗粒+金果饮口服液治疗慢性咽炎,可提升治疗有效率,改善咽喉功能和症状,不良反应少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kouyanqing Granules + Jinguoyin Oral Liquid in the treatment of patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to Sanshui District Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Foshan,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different medication methods,they were divided into control group(41 cases,Jinguoyin Oral Liquid treatment) and study group(41 cases,Kouyanqing Granules were added on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effect,total incidence of adverse reactions,Reflux Symptom Index(RSI) score and clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RSI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the RSI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kouyanqing Granules + Jinguoyin Oral Liquid in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis can improve the effective rate of treatment,improve throat function and symptoms,and have fewer adverse reactions.
