中医在白癜风治疗中的相关研究进展

摘　　要：本文综述了近年来中医药在白癜风治疗领域的研究进展,重点探讨了中药内服、中药热敷以及针灸等多种中医治疗方法的应用及其疗效。在中药治疗方面,通过内服具有益气活血、调和营养作用的药物,如黄芪、当归、川芎等,以及根据患者不同体质选用的个性化药材组合,以调整机体阴阳平衡、促进黑色素细胞再生。针灸治疗则通过刺激特定穴位,调节气血运行,促进机体自我修复能力,改善白斑区域的色素沉积。中医治疗方法在改善白癜风症状、提高患者生活质量方面展现出积极的效果。This paper reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo in recent years,focusing on the application and efficacy of various traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,through the oral administration of drugs with the effects of replenishing qi and activating blood,reconciling nutrition,such as Astragalus,Angelica,Chuanxiong,etc.,as well as the personalized combination of medicinal materials selected according to the different constitutions of patients,in order to adjust the balance of yin and yang of the body and promote the regeneration of melanocytes.Acupuncture treatment stimulates specific acupoints,regulates the operation of qi and blood,promotes the body 's self-repair ability,and improves the pigment deposition in the white spot area.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has shown a positive effect in improving the symptoms of vitiligo and improving the quality of life of patients.
