摘　　要：援外医疗工作是中国发展对外友好关系的重要途径,在维护全球卫生安全、构建人类卫生健康共同体中发挥着重要作用。对于圭亚那的医疗援助是江苏援外医疗工作的典型代表,援外期间医疗队在医学诊疗、医疗教育、医疗科研、医学科普等领域取得一系列丰硕成果。面对援外过程中出现的援外医疗法律政策不成熟、硬件设施不完善、宣传力度不充分、语言交流不畅通等问题,提出完善法律政策、强化阵地建设、加强宣传力度、提升队员素质等对策和建议。Medical assistance abroad is an important way for China to develop friendly relations with foreign countries,and it plays an important role in maintaining global health security and building a community of human health.The medical assistance to Guyana is a typical representative of Jiangsu's foreign aid medical work,during which the medical team has achieved a series of fruitful results in medical diagnosis and treatment,medical education,medical research,medical science and other fields.In the face of problems such as immature laws and policies,imperfect hardware facilities,inadequate publicity,and the obstructed language communication in the process of foreign aid,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve laws and policies,enhance battlefield construction,strengthen publicity,and improve the quality of team members.
