摘 要:目的应用流程再造理论对入院手续办理流程进行再造,缩短入院办理时间,满足患者需求,提高就医体验。方法通过多部门融合、一体化管理、信息技术支持、多形式办理方式、灵活机动排班达到流程优化。结果通过实施再造后流程,入院办理平均用时从再造前(22.84±16.02)min缩短至再造后(7.82±6.53)min,异地医保入院办理平均用时从(54.48±11.62)min缩短至(15.52±6.60)min,取号错误率从再造前的8.47%降至再造后的0.38%,一次性入院办理不成功率从28.31%降至3.24%。结论以流程再造理论为指导,优化了入院办理流程,工作效率明显提高,入院手续办理更快更便捷。Objective:To apply the theory of process reengineering to reconstruct the admission procedures,shorten the admission processing time,meet the needs of patients,and improve medical experience.Method:Process optimization is achieved through the integration of multiple departments,integrated management,information technology support,multiple forms of processing methods,and flexible scheduling.Result:Through the implementation of the post-reconstruction process,the average time of admission was shortened from(22.84±16.02)min before reconstruction to(7.82±6.53)min after reconstruction,and the average time of admission for remote medical insurance was shortened from(54.48±11.62)min to(15.52±6.60)min.The error rate of number selection has decreased from 8.47%before reconstruction to 0.38%after reconstruction,and the failure rate of one-time admission processing has decreased from 28.31%to 3.24%.Conclusion:Guided by the theory of process reengineering,the admission process has been optimized,resulting in significantly improved work efficiency,and the faster and the more convenient admission procedures.
