摘  要:随着集中式和分布式新能源在配电网中所占比例的不断提升,这些新能源的波动性和间歇性特征对配电网产生了更加显著的影响,导致了配电网电压频繁波动,给无功支持和电压稳定性带来了前所未有的挑战。本文针对新能源场站的无功补偿装置投退对电网运行产生的电压稳定性问题展开研究。从理论补偿和系统仿真两个方面研究了当单个新能源场站无功补偿装置因检修或故障等原因被迫退出运行后,考虑并网点电压的变化能允许新能源场站的最大发电出力。提出了一种基于并网点电压变化的新能源场站无功补偿装置投退后场站的最大发电出力优化策略。仿真结果表明,新能源场站无功补偿装置因故退出运行后,在用电负荷高峰需要新能源场站充分发挥顶峰作用时,光伏发电站最大可以送出的有功出力约为总装机容量的20%,该结论能够有效指导电力调度机构对新能源场站发电出力精准控制,提升电网的运行效率和电压稳定性,并增强调度机构对电网和电源的协调管理能力。With the increasing proportion of centralized and distributed new energy in the distribution network,the fluctuation and intermittency characteristics of these new energy cause more significant impact on the distribution network,which leads to frequent voltage fluctuations in the distribution network and brings unprecedented challenges to the reactive power support and voltage stability.In this paper,the voltage stability of the power grid operation due to the withdrawal of the reactive power compensation device of the new energy station is studied.The permitted maximum power generation output of the new energy station is studied from the aspects of theoretical compensation and system simulation when the static var generator of new energy station is removal from operation due to the maintenance or fault and also with consideration of the voltage variation of the gird connection point.The simulation results show that after the out of operation of the reactive power compensation device of the new energy station for some reason,the maximum active output of the photovoltaic power station is about 20%of the total installed capacity when the peak power load of the new energy station is required to give full play to the peak role.This conclusion can effectively guide the power dispatching agency to accurately control the power generation output of the new energy station so to improve operation efficiency and voltage stability of the power grid,and enhance the coordination and management ability of the dispatching agency to the power grid and the power supply.
