摘 要:本文介绍了一起110 kV电容式电压互感器(CVT)电磁单元放电事故,通过对事故CVT外观检查、油色谱试验、电气试验及电磁单元内部解体等分析,判断本次事故是由于电容单元与电磁单元法兰连接处存在异物而密封不严造成的,电磁单元内进入的水分导致绝缘受潮,从而强度降低而发生放电现象。故障反应出设备生产阶段整机试验和异物检测手段的不足,对CVT以后的安全运行提出了具体的建议和防范措施。A discharge accident of the electromagnetic unit of 110 kV capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)is introduced in this paper.It is judged throughout such analysis as appearance inspection,oil spectrum test,electrical test and internal disassembly of the electromagnetic unit of the faulty CVT that the accident is caused by the lax seal due to foreign objects at the flange connection between the capacitor unit and the electromagnetic unit.The moisture penetrating into the electromagnetic unit causes the insulation to become damp,thus reducing strength and resulting in discharge.The fault reflects the deficiencies in the overall testing and foreign object detection methods during the production stage of the equipment,and specific suggestions and preventive measures are proposed for safe operation of CVT in the future.
