痤疮发病相关信号通路的研究进展

摘  要:痤疮是发生于毛囊皮脂腺单位的一种慢性炎症性疾病,影响着大量青少年及成人,其发病机制尚未阐明。目前认为该病发病与皮脂分泌增加及皮脂溢出异常、毛囊皮脂腺导管异常角化、C.acnes及皮肤微生物群失调、炎症与免疫等因素相关,有多个分子通路参与其中。本文将从参与痤疮发病的几个重要因素对相关信号通路作一综述,讨论PI3K/Akt/mTORC 1、Wnt/β-catenin、NF-κB和MAPK等信号通路在痤疮病理过程中的作用,以及IGF-1、雄激素、TLR-2、TH17等在痤疮炎症中的重要作用。Acne is a chronic cutaneous inflammatory disorder of the pilosebaceous units,affecting a large number of adolescents and adults worldwide,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Its pathogenesis is considered to be related to several factors such as increased sebum secretion,abnormal keratosis of pilosebaceous follicular ducts,Cutibacterium acnes infections and dysbiosis of the skin microbiome,inflammation and immune response,etc.There are multiple signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis.This article reviews the signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis of acne,and discusses the role of PI3K/Akt/mTORC 1,Wnt/β-catenin,NF-κB,and MAPK signaling pathways in the pathological process of acne,as well as the important roles of IGF-1,androgens,TLR-2,TH17,etc.in acne inflammation.
