摘　　要：在当前的全球化背景下,法律专业人才的国际化已成为世界各国高等教育的重要方向。特别是在东南亚地区,随着经济合作和文化交流的日益加深,对具备跨国法律服务能力的法律人才需求持续增加。中国作为东南亚的重要合作伙伴,急需建立和完善自己的法律人才培养体系,以适应这一趋势。本文将探讨中国目前在培养涉外法律人才,特别是东南亚法律人才方面存在的短板,并提出改进路径。通过对云南省法律人才培养模式、课程设置进行分析,并将其与国际标准进行对比,同时结合实际操作中的经验积累,在这一过程中,将重点考虑如何融入东南亚特有的法律环境和文化,以及如何通过教育创新来应对全球化带来的新挑战。本文旨在为中国法律教育界提供启示,帮助其优化法律人才的国际化培养策略。In the current context of globalization,the internationalization of legal professionals has become an important direction for higher education in countries around the world.Especially in Southeast Asia,with the deepening of economic cooperation and cultural exchanges,the demand for legal talents with cross-border legal service capabilities continues to increase.As an important partner in Southeast Asia,China urgently needs to establish and improve its own legal talent training system to adapt to this trend.This article will explore the short-comings in China's current cultivation of foreign-related legal talents,especially in Southeast Asian legal talents,and propose improvement paths.By analyzing the training mode and curriculum of legal talents in Yunnan Province,comparing it with international standards,and combining practical experience,we will focus on how to integrate into the unique legal environment and culture of Southeast Asia,as well as how to respond to the new challenges brought by globalization through educational innovation.This article aims to provide inspiration for the Chinese legal education community and help them optimize their international training strategies for legal talents.
