摘　　要：金融监管在维护区域金融稳定与促进经济发展中发挥着双重作用。稳定的金融环境是经济增长的前提,而有效的监管政策则是维护金融稳定的重要保障。然而,金融监管并非万能,其实施过程中可能出现“过度”或“不足”的问题。通过梳理金融监管的理论基础,分析区域金融稳定的内涵与其对经济发展的支撑作用,可以发现,不同区域的监管模式和力度存在显著差异,这为优化监管政策提供了重要参考。本文旨在探讨其之间的关系,发现其存在的问题,并提出可行性政策建议,以期为区域经济协调发展提供理论支持和实践指引。Financial regulation plays a dual role in maintaining regional financial stability and promoting economic development.A stable financial environment is the premise of economic growth,and effective regulatory policies are an important guarantee to maintain financial stability.However,financial supervision is not a panacea,and there may be"excessive"or"insufficient"problems in the implementation process,which will have different degrees of impact on the regional economic development.By sorting out the theoretical basis of financial supervision and analyzing the connotation of regional financial stability and its supporting role in economic development,we can find that there are significant differences in different regions,which provides an important reference for the optimization of regulatory policies.This paper aims to explore how to realize the benign interaction between regional economic development and financial stability through flexible and effective regulatory policies,and put forward feasible policy suggestions,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the coordinated development of regional economy.
