摘　　要：随着知识经济的不断发展和国家对知识产权重视程度的提升,高校知识产权法教学迎来了新的挑战与机遇。在课程思政的宏观背景下,探索高校知识产权法教学的改革路径与实践策略,有利于培养具备良好思想政治素养、扎实专业知识及创新思维能力的法律人才。通过对高校知识产权法现有教学模式的深刻剖析,通过对高校知识产权法教学改革理论的阐述,进而研究课程思政背景下高校实施知识产权法教学的改革实践探索:在内容上,及时跟进知识产权法的最新发展,构建全面深入的课程体系;在方法上,引入案例教学、实践教学等多元化教学手段,激发学生的学习兴趣与积极性;在评价上,建立多元化、客观公正的评价体系,全面反映学生的学习成效。以期为我国高校知识产权法教学的持续改进和完善提供有益的参考和借鉴。With the continuous development of the knowledge economy and the increasing emphasis on intellectual property rights by the state,intellectual property law education in universities faces new challenges and opportunities.Against the macro background of curriculum ideology and politics,exploring the reform paths and practical strategies for intellectual property law education in universities is beneficial for cultivating legal talents with good ideological and political literacy,solid professional knowledge,and innovative thinking abilities.Through a profound analysis of the existing teaching models of intellectual property law in universities and an exposition of the theories of teaching reform,this paper further investigates the practical exploration of implementing intellectual property law education under the background of curriculum ideology and politics:in terms of content,keep up with the latest developments in intellectual property law and build a comprehensive and in-depth curriculum system;in terms of methods,introduce diversified teaching methods such as case-based teaching and practical teaching to stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm for learning;in terms of evaluation,establish a diversified and objective and fair evaluation system to fully reflect students'learning outcomes.The aim is to provide useful references and insights for the continuous improvement and perfection of intellectual property law education in Chinese universities.
