摘  要:随着社会对法学专业人才需求的日益增长,高校法学实践教学体系的重要性日益凸显。在法律职业教育背景下研究高校法学实践教学体系的优化路径,不仅对于提升法学教育质量、培养高素质法律人才具有重要意义,还可以推动高校法学实践教学体系的不断完善与创新发展。对此,通过深入分析了当前高校法学实践教学存在的问题,如课程设置不合理、教学方法单一、教学资源匮乏等,并基于法律职业教育的特点,分析探索法学实践教学体系的优化路径,以期能够为高校法学实践教学体系的完善与优化提供有益的参考和借鉴,从而推动法学教育的持续健康发展。With the growing demand for legal professionals in society,the importance of the practical teaching system in university law education has become increasingly prominent.Studying the optimization paths of the practical teaching system in university law under the background of legal vocational education is not only significant for improving the quality of legal education and cultivating high-quality legal talents,but it can also promote the continuous improvement and innovative development of the practical teaching system in university law.In this regard,by deeply analyzing the existing problems in the current practical teaching of university law,such as unreasonable curriculum settings,single teaching methods,and lack of teaching resources,and based on the characteristics of legal vocational education,this paper analyzes and explores the optimization paths of the practical teaching system in law,in the hope of providing useful references and insights for the improvement and optimization of the practical teaching system in university law,thereby promoting the sustained and healthy development of legal education.
