摘  要:减少食物浪费是树立和践行大食物观的内在要求,对于中国粮食安全战略和农业食品系统的可持续发展具有重大意义。农村地区长期存在筹办流动宴席的食物浪费问题,但相关研究的匮乏限制了有效治理机制的建立与科学防控政策的制定。鉴于此,该研究基于规范激活理论框架(NAM),构建了针对中国农村居民筹办农村流动宴席场景下的食物浪费行为的概念模型,该模型融合结果意识、责任归属、个人规范及参与意愿等关键要素,并据此提出了一系列的假设。基于中国北方3个省份的12个市农村地区的调查问卷,采用结构方程模型(SEM)和决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL),分析了影响农村居民筹办流动宴席过程中减少食物浪费意愿的关键因素。研究表明:(1)样本统计分析显示农村居民的个体及家庭特征是影响其筹办流动宴席中食物浪费的重要因素,女性、干部家庭、未外出务工家庭和高收入家庭更倾向于在筹办流动宴席时减少食物浪费。(2)SEM分析揭示了减少农村居民流动宴席食物浪费的关键路径和影响因素,发现责任归属是农村流动宴席食物浪费的核心激活变量,个人规范是决定流动宴席食物浪费行为的关键因素,同时具有最强的路径效用。(3)DEMATEL分析进一步明确了各因素在整个系统中的相对重要性和中心性,发现个人规范是促使结果意识、责任归属和参与意愿关联的关键因素,对减少流动宴席食物浪费意愿影响最为显著;结果意识在整体系统中具有最高原因度,是减少食物浪费行为的核心驱动因素,与责任归属相比,其干预成本较低。基于以上研究结果,该研究从样本特征层面、驱动因素层面、模型中心性层面分别提出了减少农村流动宴席食物浪费的政策启示。Reducing food waste is an inherent requirement for establishing and implementing a comprehensive food system approach.It is crucial for China's food security strategy and the sustainable development of its agricultural and food systems.In rural China,the persistent issue of food waste associated with ‘mobile banquets' has occasionally attracted social attention.However,the lack of relevant research has limited the establishment of effective governance mechanisms and the formulation of scientifically grounded prevention policies.In view of this,this study constructed a conceptual model of food waste behavior in the context of organizing rural ‘mobile banquets' among Chinese rural residents,based on the Norm Activation Model(NAM) framework.This model integrated key elements such as outcome awareness,responsibility attribution,personal norms,and willingness to participate and proposed a series of hypotheses accordingly.Using survey data from rural areas across 12 cities in three provinces in northern China,the study employed Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL) methods to analyze key factors influencing rural residents' willingness to reduce food waste during the organization of ‘mobile banquets.' The research findings were as follows:(1) The sample analysis indicated that individual and household characteristics of rural residents were significant factors influencing food waste during the organization of ‘mobile banquets.' Specifically,women,households with officials,households without migrant workers,and high-income households were more inclined to reduce food waste when organizing ‘mobile banquets.'(2) SEM analysis revealed the critical pathways and influencing factors for reducing food waste during rural ‘mobile banquets.' It identified responsibility attribution as the core activating variable for food waste in rural ‘mobile banquets,' and personal norms as the key factor determining food waste behavior,with the strongest path effect.(3
