环糊精交联的聚(三联苯-芴-哌啶)阴离子交换膜的制备

摘  要:聚芳基哌啶阴离子交换膜(AEM)具有优异的耐碱稳定性,在阴离子交换膜燃料电池和碱性电解水中得到了广泛的研究。利用扭曲大体积结构的9,9-二苯基芴单体,制备了聚(三联苯-芴-哌啶)阴离子交换膜(PTDP);在此基础上,引入溴化改性的亲水大体积环糊精交联剂(β-CD-Br7),利用二者共同调控了AEM内的微相分离结构,并进行了性能测试。结果表明,当温度为80℃时,交联剂质量分数为5%的qPTDP-10-CD_(5)AEM的电导率为130.2 mS/cm;在温度为80℃的1 mol/L NaOH溶液中浸泡2000 h后,其电导率保持率为94.3%,表现出较好的稳定性;当温度为80℃时,采用qPTDP-10-CD_(5)膜组装的氢氧燃料电池表现出1490 mW/cm^(2)的峰值功率密度;在电池耐久性测试中,采用qPTDP-10-CD_(5)膜组装的燃料电池经30 h后,电压保留率为89.7%,表现出良好的电池性能。Poly(arylpiperidine)anion exchange membrane(AEM)has been widely studied in anion exchange membrane fuel cells(AEMFCs)and alkaline electrolyzed water due to their excellent alkali resistance and stability.In this work,poly(triphenyl fluorene piperidine)(PTDP)AEM was prepared from 9,9-diphenylfluorene monomer with distorted large volume structure,and hydrophilic large volume cyclodextrin crosslinking agent(β-CD-Br7)was introduced on this basis,which can control the microphase separation structure in AEMs.The prepared qPTDP-10-CD_(5)AEM with 5%crosslinker content reached a high conductivity(130.2 mS/cm at 80℃).After the membrane was treated in 1 mol/L NaOH at 80℃for 2000 h,its conductivity retention was 94.3%,showing good stability.The H_(2)/O_(2)fuel cell assembled with qPTDP-10-CD_(5)yielded a peak power density of 1490 mW/cm^(2)at 80℃.In the durability test,the fuel cell assembled with qPTDP-10-CD_(5)showed a voltage retention rate of 89.7%after 30 h,showing good cell performance.
