摘 要:试验旨在探究日粮中添加抗菌肽对鹌鹑产蛋性能、蛋品质、免疫器官指数及屠宰性能的影响。选取体重相近、健康的7日龄雌性鹌鹑180只,随机分为4组,试验期90 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期83d,包括45d育成期、45d产蛋期。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.02%、0.04%和0.06%抗菌肽。结果表明:抗菌肽组与对照组相比鹌鹑产蛋性能无显著变化(P>0.05);抗菌肽组蛋黄高度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),0.02%、0.04%抗菌肽组平均蛋重显著低于对照组(P<0.05);0.04%抗菌肽组脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.06%抗菌肽组脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.04%抗菌肽组半净膛率和全净膛率指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.06%抗菌肽组半净膛率、全净膛率和胸肌率指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,日粮添加一定剂量抗菌肽对鹌鹑产蛋性能没有显著影响,但降低了蛋黄高度,提高了鹌鹑的免疫器官指数和屠宰性能。说明抗菌肽能够促进鹌鹑免疫器官的发育并改善屠宰性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of antimicrobial peptides on laying performance,egg quality,immune organ index and slaughter performance of quails.A total of 180 healthy 7-day-old female quails with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups.The whole test period was 90 days,including 7 days of pre-test period and 83 days of test period,including 45 days of breeding period and 45 days of laying period.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were supplemented with 0.02%,0.04%and 0.06%antimicrobial peptides in the basal diet.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of antimicrobial peptides had no significant effect on the laying performance of quails(P>0.05);the yolk height of 0.02%,0.04%and 0.06%antimicrobial peptide groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average egg weight of 0.02%and 0.04%antimicrobial peptide groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The spleen index of 0.04%antimicrobial peptide group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the spleen index,thymus index and bursa index of 0.06%antimicrobial peptide group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The semi-eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate index of the 0.04%antimicrobial peptide group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The semi-eviscerated rate,eviscerated rate and breast muscle rate index of the 0.06%antimicrobial peptide group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of a certain dose of antimicrobial peptides to the diet had no signifi‐cant effect on the laying performance of quails,but reduced the egg yolk height,and improved the immune organ index and slaughter performance of quails.It indicated that antimicrobial peptides could promote the development of immune organs and improve slaughter performance of quails.
