摘　　要：卵巢囊肿是母牛常见的繁殖障碍性疾病,常导致母牛不孕、生产效益降低。内分泌失衡引起的下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能障碍是卵巢囊肿的主要诱因,而且生殖内分泌系统与母体代谢、肠道微生物变化密切相关。近年国内外学者尝试从母体代谢、肠道微生物及营养调控等方面解析卵巢囊肿的发病基础。文章对卵巢囊肿的特征、发病机理及营养调控等方面的研究进行了综述,以期为母牛卵巢囊肿疾病的营养调控提供新思路。In cows,ovarian cysts are a common reproductive disorder that usually leads to infertility and reduced productivity.Dysfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis caused by endocrine disorders is the main causative factor of ovarian cysts.Moreover,the reproductive endocrine system is closely related to the maternal metabolism and gut microbiology.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have tried to analyze the pathogenesis of ovarian cysts from the aspects of maternal metabolism,intestinal microorganisms and nutritional regulation.This article mainly described the characteristics and pathogenesis of ovarian cysts,and summarizes some nutritional regulation measures,aiming to reveal the significance in nutrients alleviating ovarian cyst in cows.
