摘  要:锌是动物体内含量第二丰富的微量元素,能促进动物生长和维持正常生理机能,在调控机体氧化应激和调节炎性细胞因子方面发挥重要作用。动物体内锌的水平与先天性免疫反应直接相关,还参与各种适应性免疫细胞(如T细胞和B细胞)的发育过程和功能。犬不同程度的锌缺乏会引起一系列健康问题,随着宠物犬健康问题越来越受重视,锌调控犬免疫功能的作用机制研究也逐渐增多。文章综述了锌的生理功能和调控先天性免疫及适应性免疫的机制,以期为进一步认识锌元素在犬健康中的作用机制提供依据,为改善犬健康提供理论基础。Zinc is the second most abundant trace element in animal bodies,which can promote animal growth and maintain normal physiological functions.It plays an important role in regulating oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines in the body.The level of zinc in animal bodies is directly related to innate immune responses and also participates in the development and function of various adaptive immune cells such as T cells and B cells.Different degrees of zinc deficiency in dogs can cause a series of health problems.With the increasing attention to pet dog health issues,research on the mechanism of zinc regulating dog immune function is also gradually increasing.This article reviews the physiological functions of zinc and its mechanisms in regulating innate and adaptive immunity,providing a basis for further understanding the role of zinc in dog health and a theoretical basis for improving dog health.
