摘  要:透水混凝土作为“海绵城市”的重要组成部分,可以实现雨水的有效蓄积、渗透和净化。将铁尾矿废石用于制备透水混凝土,既可提高固体废物的利用率,又有利于维持生态系统的稳定。本文从透水性角度对透水混凝土的孔隙率、密度、强度和渗透性进行了研究,揭示了铁尾矿废石透水混凝土在不同设计孔隙率下的基本性能变化。结果表明:铁尾矿废石透水混凝土的表观密度随孔隙率的变化呈线性分布,可分为高、中、低3个密度区;透水混凝土的渗透系数和孔隙率均为指数曲线,透水混凝土的抗压强度和孔隙率曲线均为对数曲线;透水混凝土的综合孔隙率、抗压强度和渗透系数的设计孔隙率在12.5%~20%;结合Image-Pro Plus软件平面孔隙结构图像分析,透水混凝土的计算孔隙率大于实测有效孔隙率,但两者的差值较小,说明“堆”骨架结构中半连通和封闭孔隙数量越少,越有利于消除对混凝土强度有负面影响的因素。Permeable concrete,as an important component of"Sponge City",can achieve the effective accumulation,permeation and purification of rain.Iron tailings waste rock can be used in the preparation of permeable concrete,which could improve the utilization rate of the solid waste while helping to maintain the stability of the ecosystem.This article studies the porosity,density,strength,and permeability of permeable concrete from the permeability perspective,revealing the basic performance changes of iron tailings waste rock permeable concrete under different design porosities.The results show that the apparent density of permeable concrete with iron tailings waste rock follows a linear distribution with the variation of porosity,and can be divided into three density zones:high,medium,and low;the permeability coefficient and porosity of permeable concrete are both exponential curves,while the compressive strength and porosity curves of permeable concrete are logarithmic curves;the design porosity for the comprehensive porosity,compressive strength,and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete is between 12.5%and 20%;based on the analysis of the Image-Pro Plus planar pore structure,the calculated porosity of permeable concrete is greater than the measured effective porosity,but the difference between the two is small,indicating that the fewer semi-connected and closed pores in the"pile"skeleton structure,the more beneficial it is to eliminate factors that hurt concrete strength.
