摘  要:预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC)以其自身强度高、应用范围广、沉桩质量好、工程造价低等诸多优点,成为地基处理中广泛选用的桩型。静力压桩法简称静压法,是利用静压力(压桩机自重和配重)将PHC管桩分节压入土中的桩基础压桩方法,具有效率高、噪声低、速度快、污染小等优点,被广泛应用于民用建筑和工业建筑的地基处理。针对PHC管桩静压施工事前、事中、事后3个阶段的监理管控要点进行分析总结,以期为同类桩基础施工提供借鉴和参考。Prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile(PHC)has become a widely selected pile type in foundation treatment for its advantages of high strength,wide application range,good pile driving quality and low engineering cost.Static pile pressing method is referred to as static pressure method.It is a pile pressing method for pressing PHC pipe piles into the soil by using static pressure(dead weight and counterweight of pile press).The static pressure method has the advantages of high efficiency,low noise,fast speed and low pollution,and is widely used in foundation treatment of civil and industrial buildings.Summarize and summarize the key points before,during and after the static construction of PHC pipe pile,in order to provide reference for the construction of similar pile foundation.
