摘  要:本文通过分析聚合物水泥防水涂料的作用原理、特点及性能影响因素,结合工程实例,探讨其在建筑防水工程中的应用。使用矿物填料如重质碳酸钙和滑石粉可以提高涂料的硬度和稳定性,但也存在贮存稳定性和健康风险等问题;而使用工业废料如矿粉和粉煤灰作为填料,不仅可提升涂料性能,还实现了环保和可持续利用;此外,使用聚羧酸系高效减水剂的效果较好,提高了涂料的耐水性和附着力,同时具有较好的环保性能和成本控制优势。由于聚合物水泥防水涂料在短期内具有良好的防水效果,但长期浸水会导致其性能显著下降,因此在实际应用中,应避免长时间的水浸环境,以维持涂料的防水效果和结构完整性,并通过合理控制施工流程和严格的质量检验,有效提高防水工程的整体质量。This article analyzes the working principle,characteristics,and performance influencing factors of polymer cement waterproof coatings,and explores their application in building waterproofing engineering through engineering examples.Mineral fillers such as heavy calcium carbonate and talc can improve the hardness and stability of the coating but also pose storage stability and health risks.The use of industrial waste such as mineral powder and fly ash as fillers can not only enhance the performance of the coating but also achieve environmental protection and sustainable utilization.Polycarboxylate superplasticizers have shown excellent effects,improving the water resistance and adhesion of the coating,and they also offer good environmental performance and cost control advantages.Polymer cement waterproof coating has good waterproof performance in the short term,but long-term immersion can significantly reduce its performance.In practical applications,long-term water immersion should be avoided to maintain the waterproof effect and structural integrity of the coating.By reasonably controlling the construction process and conducting strict quality inspections,the overall quality of waterproof engineering can be effectively improved.
