摘 要:近年来,用于瓷砖粘贴的瓷砖胶粘剂得到了广泛的发展和应用,作为一种干粉砂浆类材料,瓷砖胶粘剂对于使用者来说仍为半成品,需要通过现场施工的方式实现其与瓷砖及基层的连接。本文采用C1、C2和C2 S1这3种类型的瓷砖胶粘剂产品,模拟薄贴镘刀法、薄贴组合法、厚贴组合法、背粘法充分揉压、背粘法未充分揉压这5种施工方式在实验室条件下制备试样,观察养护28 d后试样的粘结强度,对比观察不同施工方式对瓷砖胶粘剂粘结强度的影响。结果表明:对于C1型瓷砖胶,组合法施工的效果优于薄贴镘刀法和背粘法;对于C2型和C2S1型瓷砖胶,组合法、背粘法充分揉压施工的效果优于薄贴镘刀法和背粘法未充分揉压;在同一种施工方式下,采用瓷砖胶粘剂的等级越高,其粘结强度越高。In recent years,ceramic tile adhesive used for tile pasting has been widely developed and applied.As a dry powder mortar material,ceramic tile adhesive is still a semi-finished product for users and needs to be connected to tiles and substrates through on-site tiling.This article uses three types of ceramic tile adhesive products,C1,C2,and C2S1,to simulate five construction methods:thin tile trowel method,thin tile combination method,thick tile combination method,back adhere method with full pressing,and back adhere method with insufficient pressing.Samples are prepared under laboratory conditions,and the bonding strength after 28 days of curing is observed.The influence of different construction methods on the bonding strength of ceramic tile adhesive is compared and observed.The results show that for C1 type ceramic tile adhesive,the combination method has a better bonding effect than the thin trowel method and back adhesion method;for C2 and C2S1 ceramic tile adhesives,the combination method and back adhesion method have better construction effects than the thin trowel method and back adhesion method without sufficient kneading.Under the same construction method,the higher the grade of ceramic tile adhesive used,the higher the bonding strength.
