摘　　要：习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要思想是推动新时代青年工作高质量发展、促进青年成长成才的行动指南和思想武器。这一重要思想既是对马克思主义青年观的守正创新,又是对中华优秀传统文化中青年思想的汲取借鉴,同时以中国共产党人的青年工作思想为历史传承、以实现中华民族伟大复兴为现实指向,系统阐释了青年工作的战略地位和职责使命,深刻论述了青年工作的战略目标和基本方法等问题。习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要思想不仅发展了马克思主义青年观、丰富了中华优秀传统文化中的青年思想,还深化了中国共产党的青年工作思想,同时创新了青年成长成才的工作方法、拓展了做好党的青年工作的实践路径。The important thought of General Secretary Xi Jinping on youth work is a guide to action and a weapon of thought for promoting the high-quality development of youth work in the new era and for promoting the growth and success of young people.It is not only a conservative innovation of Marxist youth concept,but also a reference to the youth ideology in the fine traditional Chinese culture.In addition,it inherits the youth work thought of the CPC and takes the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the practical direction.It explains the strategic position and missions of youth work in a systematic way,and profoundly discusses the strategic objectives and basic methods of youth work.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on youth work not only advances Marxist youth concept and enriches the youth ideology in China’s fine traditional culture,but also deepens the youth work ideology of the Communist Party of China.At the same time,it introduces novel methodologies for fostering the growth and success of young people,thereby broadening the avenues for effectively executing the party’s youth-related initiatives.
