摘　　要：蔬菜产业是农业产业的重要组成部分,蔬菜是人们日常生活中不可或缺的食物来源。山东莘县是传统农业大县,蔬菜种植历史悠久,在山东素有“东有寿光、西有莘县”之说,以莘县为案例挖掘促进山东蔬菜产业高质量发展的路径具有重要的典型意义。选取山东莘县为调查点,深入研究蔬菜产业发展历程和现状特点,凝练蔬菜产业经验做法,评估蔬菜产业发展成效,洞察蔬菜产业存在的问题及原因,由县域推及省域,提出推动山东蔬菜产业高质量发展的对策建议。The vegetable industry is an important component of the agricultural industry,vegetable is an indispensable source of food in people's daily lives.Shenxian in Shandong Province is a traditional agricultural county with a long history of vegetable cultivation.It is known as"Shouguang in the east and Shenxian in the west"in Shandong Province.It is of typical significance to explore the path of promoting the high-quality development of Shandong vegetable industry by taking Shenxian as a case.This report selects Shenxian of Shandong Province as the investigation point to conduct in-depth research on the development process and current characteristics of the vegetable industry,summarize the experience and practices within the vegetable industry,evaluate the effectiveness of the vegetable industry development,provide insight into the problems and causes faced by the vegetable industry,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Shandong's vegetable industry from the county to the provincial levels.
