摘 要:新时代泰国、缅甸、老挝的华校发展面临挑战,营利型汉语培训机构的迅猛发展给传统华校带来了招生与办学的压力,华文师资队伍自身也存在地域差别形成的水平参差等问题,这需要通过高质量本土华文师资培养来化解。文章采用TPACK理论,结合案例分析及叙事研究设计,通过深度访谈和文本分析对案例学校专业课程设置特色不明显、专任教师对华裔生学情分析不足、教学内容与教学法缺乏针对性等问题展开研究,以期为澜湄流域三国培养高质量华文教师、发挥华文教育基地在南亚东南亚辐射中心建设中的作用建言献策。In the new era,Chinese schools in Thailand,Myanmar,and Laos face both opportunities and challenges.With the surge in the number of people learning Chinese in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin countries,profit-driven Chinese language training institutions have experienced rapid development,which has put pressure on traditional Chinese schools in terms of enrollment and operation.Furthermore,there are issues such as uneven levels of development in the construction of local Chinese language teaching staff in these three countries and delays in the development of“Vocational+Chinese Language”curriculum teaching.The construction of a high-quality local Chinese language teaching staff has become a bottleneck restricting the rapid development of Chinese education in Myanmar,Laos,and Thailand.This paper adopts the TPACK theory combined with case analysis and narrative research design.Through in-depth interviews and text analysis,it is found that the case institution currently has problems in the construction of curriculum and teaching on the major of Chinese language Education,including lack of distinctive features in specialized course settings,insufficient analysis of the learning situation of Chinese students,and lack of targeted content and teaching methods.The paper then explores how to help Chinese schools relieve pressure and overcome difficulties by cultivating a high-quality Chinese language teaching staff for the Lancang-Mekong River Basin countries.
