柬埔寨华文“教育合流”现象调查与研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议持续推进,柬埔寨华文“教育合流”现象日渐凸显。文章通过在线问卷调查了19所柬埔寨华文学校的141位华文教师对“华文‘教育合流’”的认知,并从课堂表现、教师反馈、学生成绩、培养方案4个维度分别选取两个代表性问题进行统计与分析。结果表明:(1)“教育合流”对学生课堂参与度、师生互动程度、教学进度等存在影响;(2)“教育合流”对学生成绩的影响并不显著;(3)“教育合流”之下,现行学生培养方案、班级设置、课程规划等均须调整、升级。此外,探索“教育合流”的诱因与影响,并从华校、教师、学生3个层面提出对策,以期为柬埔寨华文教育的科学化、专业化发展提供参考。Under the background of The Belt and Road Initiative,the phenomenon of Cambodian Chinese Educational Confluence is gradually highlighted.For further study,online questionnaires were conducted on 141 Chinese teachers from 19 Cambodian Chinese schools,then two questions were selected from four dimensions respectively,including Classroom Performance,Teacher feed back,Student Score and Training Program,to analyze deeply with descriptive statistical method.The results show that:(1)Educational Confluence has impacts on classroom participation of students,interaction between teachers and students,teaching progress and so forth.(2)Educational Confluence has no significant effect on on students’scores.(3)It is necessary to adjust and upgrade the current students’training program,class setting and curriculum planning.In addition,this paper discusses the inducements and influences of Educational Confluence,then puts forward targeted countermeasures from three aspects of Chinese schools,teachers and students,hoping to promote scientificization and professionalization of Cambodian Chinese Education.
