摘  要:在变形温度为700~950℃、应变速率为0.001~1s-1条件下;利用Ti-55531合金构件的锻造过程的有限元模拟提供材料模型,在有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D对钛合金的锻造过程进行模拟,探讨了变形工艺参数(包括变形速率、变形温度以及摩擦因子)分别对变形过程中等效应力、等效应变、温度的影响。研究结果表明,变形速度和变形温度对锻件成形影响显著。Under the conditions of deformation temperature of 700~950℃and strain rate of 0.001~1s-1;The finite element simulation of the forging process of Ti-55531 alloy components was used to provide a material model.The forging process of titanium alloy was simulated using the finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D,and the effects of deformation process parameters(including deformation rate,deformation temperature,and friction factor)on equivalent stress,equivalent strain,and temperature during the deformation process were explored.The research results indicate that deformation speed and deformation temperature have a significant impact on forging forming.
