摘  要:针对液压电梯专用的力士乐DB10-1-50型先导式溢流阀,在分析元件工作原理的基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件建立了仿真模型,通过对模型结构参数的合理调整,得到了与样本曲线吻合的仿真模型,进一步仿真分析了主阀阻尼孔径、主阀入口容腔、先导阀弹簧刚度对阀动态特性的影响,所得结论为先导式溢流阀的结构设及参数优化提供理论参考。Aiming at Rexler DB10-1-50 pilot relief valve dedicated to hydraulic elevator,a simulation model is established by using AMESim because of analyzing the working principle of the components.Through reasonable adjustment of the structural parameters of the model,a simulation model consistent with the sample curve is obtained.The effects of the damping aperture of the main valve,the inlet cavity of the main valve and the spring stiffness of the pilot valve on the dynamic characteristics of the valve are simulated and analyzed.The conclusions obtained can provide theoretical reference for the structural design and parameter optimization of the pilot relief valve.
