摘  要:通过探讨不同淬火冷却方式对A100钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,以找到较优强度与塑性的淬火冷却。首先,对A100钢进行相同温度下温度(865℃)的淬火处理,随后采用空冷、水冷、油冷冷却,然后进行深冷和回火处理。为了探究深冷处理的必要性,选取一组油冷后未经过深冷处理直接回火处理。通过显微组织观察、力学性能测试等方法,分析了不同淬火冷却方式对A100钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,A100钢进行深冷处理是很有必要的,且先经过865℃/1h油淬然后-73℃深冷处理1h,最后经过482℃回火5h,A100钢具有最佳的综合力学性能。The effect of different quenching cooling methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A100 steel was studied in this article to find the quenching cooling with better strength and plasticity.First,the A100 steel is quenched at the same temperature(865℃),followed by air cooling,water cooling,oil cooling,and then cryogenic and tempering treatment.In order to explore the necessity of cryogenic treatment,a group of oil was selected for direct tempering treatment without cryogenic treatment after cooling.The effects of different quenching and cooling methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A100 steel were analyzed by means of microstructure observation and mechanical properties testing.The results indicate that deep cooling treatment is necessary for A100 steel,and after first undergoing oil quenching at 865℃/1h,followed by deep cooling treatment at-73℃for 1h,and finally tempering at 482℃for 5h,A100 steel has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
